Given the evolving situation with COVID-19, we will be following ADA guidelines and temporarily closing for 3 weeks, beginning March 16th. During the closure we will have office staff working limited hours to check messages and attempt to contact any patients we were unable to reach to reschedule your appointments. If you have a true dental emergency and you are a current patient of record, please call our office to leave a message and we will reach out to you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience during these trying times.
Fleischmann Family Dentistry

I have a tooth that has been extensively damaged by decay. What are my options?

Dental Decay | Fleischmann Family Dentistry | Broomfield, CORoot Canal

Depending on the location of your tooth, the extent of the decay, and the condition of the surrounding teeth, you will have different options. If the tooth is currently infected, a root canal will stop the infection, protect neighboring teeth, and may save your tooth.

Dental Crown

Otherwise, we can put a crown on the tooth. This will save the tooth, improve its appearance, and prevent future damage.

Tooth Extraction and Implant

If the tooth is beyond repair, we can perform a simple extraction and replace the tooth with an implant.
